Enrolment Policy

Before enrolling in any of our classes, you are required to READ and ACCEPT our terms and conditions. By completing the enrollment process and paying for your place, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

 

Payment Options

SEMESTER 2, 2009
Payment can be made in the following ways:

One Payment
If you are re-enrolling or have heard about us through a friend, you may be entitled to a Discount Voucher! Contact Us to see if you are eligible for a discount voucher.

Two Payments
No discount applies to this option
1st Payment: Deposit fee is due on enrollment to confirm your place
2nd Payment: Balance fee is due on or before first class in 25th July 2009

Pro-rata Payments
No discount applies to this option - however the tuition fee per week will be deducted for each week you have not attended. Select this if you would like to join a class once the semester has commenced. Please Contact Us for details on pro-rata payments.

Sibling Price
If you wish to enrol more than one child in the same class, please Contact Us for Sibling Price.

Late Payments
A $10.00 surcharge per month applies to all late payments.

Places will not automatically be reserved from one semester to the next.

*Please note that classes are subject to enrolment numbers. A class must have a minimum of 5 students enrolled before it will commence.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Deposits paid for a new semester are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is requested, tuition fees will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher. A cash refund will only be considered where an unforseen or extenuating circumstance has arisen, requiring withdrawal from lessons. Please be aware that the cost of At Home Materials and a processing fee of $20 is non-refundable.
